The Porchlight Project exists to empower individuals aged 45 and older to start, regain, and build sustainable businesses while also addressing essential needs such as housing, food, and utilities. This is for those persons who were phased out of work and professionally sidelined from the corporate world. We believe that financial stability and entrepreneurship go hand in hand—when people have security in their daily lives, they can innovate, create, and thrive. By combining grant funding, mentorship, and support for basic living essentials, The Porchlight Project shines a light on opportunity, helping midlife and older adults, and divorcee’s, build lasting legacies for themselves, their families, and their communities.
